Get Your Head Into This

Please Read

My idea for this page is that it should be about you: how you can easily follow an online routine, actually put it into practice, and eventually make your home practice a self-loving ritual rather than another obligation.

I believe that most of our lives revolve around three major areas:

Your Self

Your Family

Your Work / Career

The problem is that many of us devote most of our time and energy to our family and our work while slowly neglecting ourselves. We take care of responsibilities, meet deadlines, provide for other people, and handle everything life puts in front of us, but our own care continually gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

Over time, we begin accumulating a kind of self-care debt.

Your home practice is an opportunity to begin paying that debt back. It is time intentionally set aside for you: to breathe, move, strengthen your body, quiet your mind, and take care of the person who is responsible for showing up for everything else.

The goal is to make your practice simple enough to follow and meaningful enough that you begin to see it not as something you have to do, but as something you do for yourself.

My Philosophy

My philosophy is that lasting change begins with Perspective, followed by Action, and reinforced through Consistency Over Time.

I believe the body and mind are interconnected systems, and we strengthen both by deliberately practicing movement, breath, stability, discipline, and controlled exposure to discomfort.

I’m not suggesting that it is possible to eliminate every difficult or stressful thing from life. I am saying that we can reduce our sensitivity to chronic stress and increase our capacity to manage it.

When a person practices consistently, they build Momentum, and if they can push through the hardship of the Edge, they eventually create a New Normal, where stronger and healthier behaviors become part of who they are.

Ultimately, my philosophy is about developing the self-control, physical strength, and mental stability to move through life with greater freedom, resilience, responsibility, and confidence.

Table Top Core Knees Shoulders Routine | 20-30 mins

Core Awareness and Awakening

This Budoga tabletop routine is designed to awaken the core while building greater awareness, control, and stability through the shoulders, spine, hips, and knees.

Beginning in Child’s Pose and progressing into Tabletop, the practice gradually introduces floating knees, Downward-Facing Dog, core rotations, Low Plank, and controlled transitions that ask the body to stabilize itself while moving through different positions.

Floating the knees from Tabletop turns a familiar position into a powerful whole-body exercise. The abdominal wall and deep stabilizers engage to support the spine, while the shoulders, arms, hips, and legs work together to maintain control.

The addition of twisting movements challenges rotational core stability and encourages the body to coordinate movement through the torso without losing its structural foundation. Meanwhile, the repeated transitions through Child’s Pose provide opportunities to reset, breathe, and reconnect with the body before returning to muscular activation.

Because much of the routine is performed with weight distributed through the hands and knees or suspended just above the floor, it also develops shoulder stability, knee awareness, hip control, and a stronger connection between the upper and lower body.

The practice gradually returns to a flat-back resting position before finishing in Shavasana with a guided meditation, allowing the muscular work to settle while the breath and nervous system transition into stillness.

This is more than a core workout. It is an opportunity to feel your center, understand how your body supports itself, and become more conscious of the relationship between breath, movement, stability, and control.

Awaken the Core. Build Stability. Move with Awareness.

Move Better. Hurt Less. Build a New Normal.
