Structural Stability begins with understanding how your body moves. The process starts with an individual assessment that includes a hands on table stretch, allowing me to feel how your body moves, where movement is restricted, where you compensate, and how those findings relate to the pain, injuries, or limitations you are experiencing.
From there, Structural Stability becomes something you learn to do for yourself. Using movements that can resemble restorative yoga, we place the body into specific shapes and gradually explore movement within those shapes. You learn to lengthen muscles that have become tight or guarded, activate muscles that are not providing enough support, and restore movement patterns your body may have stopped using because of pain, injury, fear, or compensation.
The goal isn't simply to stretch you or temporarily make you feel better. The goal is to teach your body how to support itself. Over time, you learn to move into positions that may once have felt restricted or threatening, and then move confidently within them. As guarding decreases and strength, mobility, and stability improve, your world begins to open again.
Ultimately, Structural Stability is about something much bigger than flexibility. It is about restoring freedom of movement so that movement can restore quality of life.

Founder of the Structural Stability Method | Master Structural Stability Instructor
Jaime Molina is the founder of the Structural Stability Method, specializing in preventative movement, muscular rehabilitation, and the restoration of functional joint stability.
Through an approach inspired by proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), Jaime combines assisted stretching, targeted muscular activation, and controlled bodyweight exercises to improve mobility, strengthen the muscles responsible for joint support, and address underlying movement limitations that can contribute to recurring pain.
With a background in yoga, calisthenics, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Jaime's work is deeply rooted in personal experience. His journey began with his own rehabilitation from debilitating back pain associated with chronic inflammation, an experience that shaped his understanding of the relationship between muscular function, joint stability, and physical independence.
As a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200), Wellness Coach, and Master Structural Stability Instructor, Jaime has worked with professional athletes, amateur competitors, and everyday individuals seeking to move better, experience less pain, and develop greater confidence in their bodies.
His approach emphasizes measurable progress over temporary relief. Rather than focusing exclusively on symptoms, Jaime helps students understand their bodies, develop functional strength, and establish sustainable movement practices that support their individual goals.
At the heart of his work is a simple philosophy: movement is a path to skill, longevity, and character.
Structural Stability is not simply about recovering from pain. It is about developing the physical awareness, strength, and self-control necessary to maintain movement and independence throughout life.
